Oral fluid tests are easier to perform but are limited to a sensitivity of 25 nanograms of THC per milliliter (ng/ml THC). The results from an onsite LFAs can be obtained within fifteen minutes as opposed to 24-48 hours for most laboratory test.  A negative oral fluid screening test allows your employee to return to work with reasonable confidence while the laboratory confirmation is underway.
